The McMahon & Culloty team includes bricklayers, block layers, tilers, carpenters, roofers, landscapers, and several other areas of expertise. The team works seamlessly together, with frequent and regular Toolbox-style on-site meetings that ensure project timelines are met.
All projects are managed by Brian McMahon and supervised by his two trustworthy foremen, Mick and Mike. His foremen coordinate the team onsite, and Brian oversees all projects.
Brian McMahon
Brian McMahon leads McMahon & Culloty with the same attention to detail and leadership that he was known for in the early years of his career as a talented carpenter, when he distinguished himself with the exquisite finish work of his building projects. After years working in the field in London, San Francisco, and Australia, Brian returned home to Killarney, in County Kerry. A sign of his early success, he amalgamated his business with that of renowned builder John Joe Culloty several years ago.
Brian has taken over at the helm of the business and is bringing it to new levels of excellence and customer focus.
Mike Wade
Mike is the longest serving member of our team, and is as good with people as he is with construction. Mike was originally a carpenter by trade, but with nearly 20 years experience in the industry, he’s now recognised for his knowledge of the structural side of the construction process, from foundations, concrete works and roofing, to the first finish.
Mike works with the team very closely, and will often be your main point of contact for progress reports and to have your questions answered. With Mike at the helm, you’re in safe and experienced hands.
Mick Breen
Mick is that rare breed of gentleman in the construction industry who brings an element of refinement to anything he puts his hands to. Mick made his start in the construction industry at the tender age of 18 and became a qualified carpenter. He knows all aspects of the trade, but his specialty and strength is in the finishing of a house. He has an incredible eye for detail, and brings that craftsmanship to McMahon & Culloty after several years of work internationally.
Mick demands a keen attention to detail from all the members that work on his team.
Mary
For many satisfied clients, Mary is the first point of contact in our office. Mary has been one of the foundations of the company and with us from the start. Her experience and skill in administering the office keeps the company rolling. She earns the appreciation of customers for her prompt and courteous service.
